Breast of chicken broiled or blackened, crisp hearts of romaine, freshly grated parmesan cheese and croutons blended with our homemade dressing.

Taco Salad  $7.95

With your choice of seasoned ground beef or spicy chicken

Served with sliced olives, diced tomatoes and shredded cheese atop fresh garden greens, in a crispy tortilla bowl.  Garnished with sliced avocados, sour cream and “Summit” salsa.

California Cobb Salad  $7.95

Crisp greens crowned with sliced charbroiled strips of chicken, diced bacon and tomatoes.  Surrounded by blue cheese crumbles and garnished with diced eggs and fresh avocado.

Spinach Salad  $7.50

Fresh spinach leaves tossed in Chef Dante’s own hot bacon dressing and served with red onion rings, tomatoes and diced eggs.

Sirloin Steak Salad  $9.50

Charbroiled Black Angus top sirloin steak atop fresh greens mixed with roasted red peppers, feta, black olives, scallions, diced tomatoes and your choice of “No Worries” salad dressing  -  must try this  specialty!

Chef Salad  $7.95

Long strips of smoked turkey and ham, aged cheddar and Swiss cheese, piled atop fresh garden salad mix and blended with cherry tomatoes and wedges of boiled eggs.

Chinese Chicken Salad  $7.95

Teriyaki glazed chicken breast, fresh garden greens, mushrooms, green onions, sliced almonds and mandarin oranges, hand tossed in our homemade oriental dressing.  Topped with sesame seeds and Mai Fun noodles.
